Winter Road Work

Frost has extended as much as six feet deep - twice the normal depth - causing water lines to freeze. Water officials in Central New York are calling this the worst winter in decades.

  4. Great capture of a street coming out of hibernation! I think we, on the southwest coast of Canada, are the some of the few on the continent to have missed this winter's brutal weather.

  5. I think our winter stayed in the States this year. I only needed a small snow shovel and a brush to clear our two light falls - nothing like the scene you've shown us.
