Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge

Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge is a wildlife preserve operated by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, encompassing part of the Montezuma Swamp at the north end of Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York State.
Birders looking for a rare visitor, Cinnamon Teal. Did scope this bird but did not get a photo.
